Terms of Use of the KV Barbershop mobile app
1. General
1.1. These Terms are a public offer by Societate cu răspundere limitată „KV HUSTLE” (SRL „KV HUSTLE”, IDNO 1026023029973, MD-7721, Mișovca village, Ialoveni district, Republic of Moldova; the “Operator”, “we”) governing the use of the KV Barbershop mobile app for iOS and Android (the “App”).
1.2. By registering in or using the App, you (the “User”) accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1.3. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
2. Subject
2.1. The App is free and provides: online booking at KV barbershops, visit history, the KVT loyalty program, raffles, the KV Members Club (Premium) subscription, tasks, a referral program and a support chat.
2.2. Barbershop services (haircuts etc.) are provided and paid for at the salon under its current price list; the App is a booking and loyalty tool, not a means of online payment for services.
3. Account
3.1. Sign-in uses your phone number confirmed with a one-time code. The account is personal; transferring access to third parties is prohibited.
3.2. One User — one account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses (multi-accounting) is prohibited.
3.3. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for access to your device and phone number.
4. Booking and visits
4.1. A booking made in the App is created in the salon’s schedule (the Altegio platform) and confirmed by the confirmation screen and the “History” section.
4.2. Rescheduling and cancellation are available in the App. Please cancel in advance; systematic no-shows may restrict access to certain features (e.g. priority slots).
4.3. The salon may, for objective reasons, change or cancel a booking (barber illness etc.) — we will notify you in the App.
5. The KVT loyalty program
5.1. Nature of KVT. KVT are internal loyalty bonuses. KVT are not money, electronic money, securities or a means of payment, and have no monetary value.
5.2. No exchange for money. KVT are not sold for money, cannot be withdrawn, assigned for value or converted into funds.
5.3. Earning. KVT are granted: for paid visits to KV (base guideline — 5% of the visit amount; with Premium — a higher rate), for completing tasks, through the referral program, for approved video tasks, and in promotions. Current rates are shown in the App and may change with notice.
5.4. Spending. KVT can be spent on a booking discount (guideline: 1 KVT = 1 leu of discount, up to 50% of the visit price), on raffle tickets and other App features.
5.5. Stability. Earned KVT do not expire arbitrarily; we do not cancel bonuses without grounds.
5.6. Abuse. We may cancel KVT granted due to error, fraud, manipulation or multi-accounting, and restrict the violator’s access.
5.7. Changes and termination. Program terms may change, and the program may be suspended or terminated with reasonable prior notice. As KVT have no monetary value, no monetary compensation is paid upon termination.
6. Raffles
6.1. Participation is free and available to KV clients (conditions are in the App; as a rule, at least one visit is required). Tickets are granted for daily claims and KVT exchange.
6.2. The winner is determined randomly, proportionally to the number of tickets (“one ticket — one lot”).
6.3. The result is published in the App (the winner’s name). The prize is collected in person at the salon; we may ask to confirm identity and raffle conditions. The prize is not exchangeable for money. Prizes are awarded in accordance with the law of the Republic of Moldova.
7. KV Members Club (Premium)
7.1. Premium is a paid subscription with benefits (higher KVT cashback, priority booking slots and more; the current list is in the App).
7.2. The price and term are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is made at the salon or via methods available in the App.
7.3. Priority slots are provided within limits set by the salon (time window, participating barbers) and do not guarantee a specific barber/time in case of objective unavailability.
8. Tasks, social accounts and user content
8.1. Some tasks involve linking your social accounts and publishing content (videos) mentioning KV. Linking happens at your initiative.
8.2. By submitting a video for review you warrant that you are its author and that the content does not infringe third-party rights or platform rules. We may reject content without explanation and moderate rewards.
8.3. You allow us to reference approved public content (repost/link) in KV channels.
9. Acceptable use
The following is prohibited: interfering with the App and its API, bypassing restrictions, automated access (bots, scraping), manipulating bonuses and raffles, using other people’s data, any unlawful actions.
10. Liability
10.1. The App is provided “as is”. We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee absence of errors or constant availability (including dependence on third-party platforms — Altegio, app stores, telecom operators).
10.2. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate User data, third-party actions or force majeure. Mandatory consumer rights under Moldovan law are not limited.
11. Term and changes
11.1. These Terms apply from acceptance until account deletion.
11.2. We may amend the Terms; the current version is published on this page, and material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.
11.3. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.
12. Applicable law and contacts
12.1. The law of the Republic of Moldova applies. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent court of the Republic of Moldova. Consumer rights are protected by the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.
